روز ٧ ژآنویه محمد کاظمی عضو کمپین برای آزادی کارگران زندانی در نشست شورای اتحادیه های کارگری در کانادا در شهر تورنتو سخنرانی ای داشت که در آن ضمن اشاره به ٤٠ سال جنگ مردم با حکومت اسلامی بر اخراج رژِیم ایران از سازمان جهانی کار و تمامی مراجع بین المللی تاکید کرد. متن سخنرانی محمد کاظمی را در زیر میخوانید.

متن سخنان محمد کاظمی
من محمد کاظمی عضو لوکال ۲۳۱۶ اتحادیه کارکنان خدمات عمومی کانادا و هم چنین عضو کمپین برای آزادی کارگران زندانی در ایران- فری دم ناو هستم. خیلی متشکرم که اجازه دادید که با شما صحب کنم. وقتی دیدم که دیگر دوستان راجع به مسله جنگ صحبت کردند من هم فکر کردم که باید به عنوان یک ایرانی چند کلمه ای راجع به این مسله صحبت کنم. من امشب میخواهم راجع به جنگی که چهل سال است بین مردم و طبقه کارگرایران با جمهوری اسلامی درجریان است صحبت کنم. حتما خیلی از شما اخبار خیزش مردم در ماه نوامبر گذشته برعلیه رژیم جمهوری اسلامی را شنیده اید. خیزشی که طبق آمار چند هفته گذشته عفو بین الملل درآن ۳۰۰ نفر کشته شده اند. البته طبق آمار روزنامه رویتر این رقم به ۱۵۰۰ نفر میرسد. دراین خیزش هم چنین هزاران نفر زخمی و مجروح و هزاران نفر دستگیر شده اند. هنوز که چندین هفته ازاین تراژدی میگذرد جسدها در اطراف شهرها پیدا میشود. انسان هایی که بعد ازشکنجه و کشته شدن رها شده اند.
اجازه دهید این نکته را هم اضافه کنم که چندین سال است که معلمان، بازنشستگان و کارگران درتظاهرات و راه پیمایئشان شعار ‘دشمن ما همینجاست! دروغ میگن آمریکاست!’ را با صدای بلند فریاد میزنند.
دوستان عزیز: من سمپاتی شما و مردم آزادی خواهی که مخالف جنگ هستند را میفهمم. جنگی که اگر شروع شود جز بدبختی و مصیبت برای مردم ایران چیز دیگری ندارد. ولی فراموش نکنیم که یک پای چنین جنگ ارتجاعی ای جمهوری اسلامی است. محکوم کردن جنگ بدون محکوم کردن رژیم ایران محکوم کردنی یک جانبه است. من بعنوان عضو کمپین برای آزادی کارگران زندانی از ‘جان’ پرزیدنت لیبر کانسل و دیگر فعالین اتحادیه های کارگری خواسته ام که با آنها ملاقات کنم تا اطلاعات کافی راجع به جنبش کارگری در اختیارشان قراربدهم. به امید اینکه آنها رژیم اسلامی را بخاطر سرکوبگریهایش و بخاطر زندانی کردن فعالین کارگری و بازداشت های اخیر محکوم کنند. من امیدوارم که این فضای جنگی باعث نشود که آنچه برفعالین کارگری درایران میگذرد، فراموش شود. ما، در فری دم ناو، سالها ست خوا هان آن هستیم که جمهوری اسلامی از تمامی سازمان های طرفدار حقوق انسانی و کارگری منجمله سازمان جهانی کار اخراج شود. درشرایط جنگی نیز ما هم چنان بر خواسته هایمان پا فشاری میکنیم و من امیدوارم که شما دوستان عزیز به این خواسته های ما جواب مثبت بدهید. متشکرم، ٧ژانویه ٢٠٢٠

‘Our enemy is right here! They are lying that it is America’
Mohammad Kazemi’s brief speech at Toronto and York Region Labor council on January 7, 2020
I, Mohammad Kazemi, a member of CUPE local 2316 and also a member of a campaign to free jailed workers in Iran; Free Them Now. Thank you very much for allowing me to speak with you tonight.
When I saw other friends spoke about war, I thought that I as an Iranian should say a few words about this issue as well.
Tonight I would like to talk about a war that has been going for 40 years between the people of Iran and the working class with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
I am sure that many of you have heard about the new wave of uprising in past November against the Islamic regime; an uprising that according to the Amenity International 300 people were killed. Of course, the Retours has reported 1500. .
In this uprising, thousands of people were injured and thousands were arrested as well. After few weeks of this human tragedy, still, bodies have been found around the cities while being tortured and killed.
Here, let me add that it has been a few years that teachers, retirees and workers, in their demonstrations, have been chanting loudly ‘our enemy is right here! They are lying that it is America!’
Dear friends, I understand yours and all freedom lovers’ sympathy , those who are against war; a war that if it starts does not have anything except for misery and destitution for people of Iran.
But we should not forget that the Islamic regime is one side of this reactionary war. Condemning the war without condemning the Islamic regime is one sided condemnation.
I as a member of Free Them Now have asked John, the president of Labor council, and other labor activist to meet with them and provide them with enough information about the labor movement in Iran in the hope that they condemn the Islamic regime for the harassment and imprisonment of labor activist in Iran.
I am hoping that this war-like atmosphere does not cause that we forget what is happening to labor activists in Iran. For years, we, at the Free Them Now, have requested that the Islamic regime to be expelled from all international organizations including International Labor Organization. In war-like atmosphere, we also insist on our demand and I am hoping that you, my dear friends, to respond positively to our requests. Thank you
