More activist have been arrested
Intensification of arrests and summonses on the eve of the anniversary of the October uprising
On the evening of Wednesday, October 20, Osman Ismaili, a labor activist in Saqez city, was arrested by ten security officers in front of his home and transferred to Sanandaj Detention Center after being charged in Branch 2 of the Saqez Prosecutor’s Office.
Osman Ismaili is one of the well-known and popular workers in Saqez. He is known as a steadfast activist holding the first of May. Osman Ismail must be released immediately and unconditionally.
On the same day, security agents raided the home of Saeed and Ehsan Rezaei in the city of Rasht, arrested them and took them to an unknown location. Saeed Rezaei is a labor activist who was previously arrested during a rally on International Workers’ Day in 2019 in front of parliament.
Earlier, on the 11th of October, Sepideh Qolyan, who had previously been arrested for defending the Haft Tappeh sugarcane workers and was on leave, was arrested at her home by 30 security guards and transferred to Evin Prison, ward 209, on the 12th of October. There is no news about his fate.
In addition to these arrests, on October 19, Ministry of Intelligence agents in summoned a number of labor and social activists, on a short time distance from each other, including Asal Mohammadi, Hirad Pirbdaghi, Atefeh Rangriz, Kamyar Fakoor, Amir Abbas Azarmvand, Roham Yeganeh, and Sarvanaz Ahmadi.
In recent days, a number of other social activists, including Mahboubeh Farahzadi, a retired teacher, have been summoned and sentenced after she being tried on security charges such as “propaganda against the regime”. Mahboubeh Farahzadi was one of the helpers of the flood victims. Mahboubeh Farahzadi is a friend of working and street children.
As the anniversary of the popular uprising in October 1998 approaches and with the expansion of the protest atmosphere in the society, especially in the labor movement, the Islamic Republic arrests, summonses and security threats have intensified in the society.
Osman Ismaili, Sepideh Qolyan, Saeed and Ehsan Rezaei must be released immediately and without conditions. بازداشت و انتقال عثمان اسماعیلی به زندان سنندج
تشدید دستگیریها و احضارها در آستانه سالگرد خیزش مردمی آبانماه
عصر روز چهارشنبه ۲۸ مهرماه عثمان اسماعیلی از فعالین کارگری شهر سقز توسط ده نفر از مأموران امنیتی مقابل منزل خود بازداشت و بعد از تفهیم اتهام در شعبه دوم بازپرسی دادسرای سقز به بازداشتگاه سنندج منتقل شد.
عثمان اسماعیلی یکی از چهره های شناخته شده و محبوب کارگری در شهر سقز است. او به عنوان یک فعال ثابت قدم برگزاری اول ماه مه ها شناخته میشود. عثمان اسماعیل باید فورا و بدون قید و شرط آزاد شود.
در همان روز مأمورین امنیتی به منزل سعید و احسان رضایی در شهرستان رشت هجوم بردند و آنها را بازداشت و با خود به مکان نامعلومی انتقال دادند. سعید رضایی از فعالین کارگری است که قبلا در تجمع روز جهانی کارگر سال ۹۸ مقابل مجلس دستگیر شده بود.
قبلاتر از آن نیز در نوزدهم مهرماه ۱۴۰۰ سپیده قلیان که به جرم دفاع از کارگران نیشکر هفت تپه قبلا دستگیر شده بود و در دوران مرخصی بسر میبرد، در خانه‌اش با هجوم ۳۰ مأمور امنیتی دستگیر و در ۲۲ مهر به زندان اوین بند ۲۰۹ منتقل گردید و از سرنوشت او خبری در دست نیست.
علاوه بر این دستگیری ها در روز ۲۷ مهر مأموران وزارت اطلاعات در فواصل کوتاهی تعدادی از فعالین کارگری و اجتماعی از جمله عسل محمدی، هیراد پیربداقی، عاطفه رنگریز، کامیار فکور، امیرعباس آزرم‌وند، رهام یگانه و سروناز احمدی را احضار کردند. این درحالیست که در روزهای اخیر تعداد دیگری از فعالین اجتماعی از جمله محبوبه فرحزادی از معلمان بازنشسته احضار و بعد از محاکمه با اتهامات امنیتی چون “تبلیغ علیه نظام” قرار است به او حکم داده شود. محبوبه فرحزادی از همیاران کمک به سیل زدگان بود. محبوبه فرحزادی یار کودکان کار و خیابان است.
با نزدیک شدن به سالروز خیزش مردمی درآبان ۹۸ و با گسترش فضای اعتراضی در سطح جامعه خصوصا در جنبش کارگری جمهوری اسلامی به دستگیری ها، احضار ها و تهدیدات امنیتی در سطح جامعه شدت داده است.
عثمان اسماعیلی، سپیده قلیان و سعید و احسان رضایی باید فورا و بدون قیدو شرط آزاد شوند. احضارها باید فورا متوقف شود و به امنیتی کردن مبارزات و پرونده سازی علیه فعالین اجتماعی باید فورا خاتمه داده شود. با اعتراضی گسترده و سراسری در زندانها را میگشاییم. کمپین برای آزادی زندانیان سیاسی از همه اتحادیه های کارگری و نهادهای انساندوست میخواهد که به هر شکل که میتوانند بازداشت ها و تشدید تهدیدات امنیتی علیه کارگران و تمامی فعالین اجتماعی را محکوم کنند و خواستار آزادی فوری و بدون قید و شرط کارگران زندانی و تمامی زندانیان سیاسی شوند.
