Ultimately as it was expected, on the early morning of October 26, the Israeli army attacked the military and defence bases of the Islamic Republic in different regions of Iran with its jets and missiles and inflicted blows on the government forces. In the morning of this day, three waves of Israeli air strikes were carried out on the defence and missile bases of the Islamic regime, which luckily did not harm the people and only the defence and missile bases of the Islamic regime were targeted.
People in Iran speak and protest in the media and interviews and everywhere about the harmful impact of this military crisis on their lives. Because in these wars, it is the lives and livelihood of different sections of the workers that are destroyed. On the other hand, we are once again witnessing a chain of protest calls from different sectors of retirees for October 27 and 29 and the following days. The simultaneous publication of these calls is a strong signal to the government that is trying to push society back in the shadow of this war atmosphere, and its first reaction after the Israeli attacks was to warn the people to not spread the news of these attacks. The IRGC has warned the people that if they report about these attacks to “hostile media”, they will be arrested and imprisoned.

According to reports, the number of national retirees has reached 1,718,446 by the end of June 2024, the largest number of which is related to the Ministry of Education retirees with more than one million and 92 thousand people. October 29 is the protest day of this huge part of retirees.
Finally, the nurses are preparing for a nationwide protest on November 7. In their call, they are pursuing their demands with the slogans “Enough of war mongering, our table is empty”, “with one less embezzlement, we can have our pays”.
In this way, different sections of the people emphasize their demands with slogans against war-mongering. The people widely want the end of all these military tensions and hostilities and divisions, and the end of the entire scale of poverty, corruption, repression, and war mongering by the government, and the sufferings that have put their lives and livelihoods in danger and turmoil every day. People with their powerful movement for livelihood and in the continuation of the Woman Life Freedom revolution are shouting for freedom and liberation from the Islamic tyrany.
