On December 6, formal oil workers at Siri Offshore Oil Company in the Siri region held a protest gathering as part of their ongoing demonstrations to pursue their demands. The demands of these formal workers are nationwide and primarily include:
1-Elimination of unfair deductions and full payment of legal wages and benefits, which have led to widespread demotivation among human resources.
2-Removal of the retirement cap and full payment of severance.
3- Refund of taxes collected in violation of existing laws.
4-Full implementation of Article 10 and complete payment of its arrears.
5- Prevention of the merger of the Oil Retirement Fund with other bankrupt funds.”
