A warning message from Saber Zamani Valeh’ brother
On 24th July, Saber Zamani wrote on his Instagram about the alarming condition of his brother Valeh that has been in prison since May 30th despite a very bad health condition. He warns of the danger of death for his brother. He requests all unions and human rights organizations to put pressure on the Islamic regime to release Valeh and holds the Islamic regime accountable for any risks and danger that happens to his life.
Valeh Zamani is a well-known labor activist in Iran who was arrested because of his defence of workers’ rights. A security case has been made against him and he has been subjected to the most severe interrogations during his detention. He has no right to meet his family and he has been deprived of medicines and treatment. Arresting him, continuing to detain him and denying him treatment is a clear crime against this labor activist.
Free Them Now the campaign to free jailed workers in Iran shares the concern of Valeh Zamani’s brother, his mother and whole family and expects all workers and humanitarian organizations around the world to intervene and try to stop the continuation of this criminal policy towards Valeh Zamani, put pressure on authorities in Iran and demand his immediate and unconditional release and his immediate treatment.

About one and a half months have passed since the arrest of Valeh Zamani, a labor activist imprisoned in Evin prison. He, who is suffering from acute hepatitis C and gastrointestinal diseases, has not only had any face-to-face meetings with his family since his arrest, but has also been denied access to a doctor and his medicines. In his last call, he said that he was able to meet the doctor just once for a medical examination, and the persecutors are interrogating him for hours every day, and his detention is regularly extended. He also emphasized that in recent days he has suffered from stomach bleedings many times and his physical condition is critical.
It should be noted that according to the doctors who were treating Valeh Zamani before arrest; if the treatment process is stopped; the risk of his death is serious. Therefore, considering the knowledge of the prison authorities about his medical condition and non-permission to use prescribed drugs, it means that the authorities intend to kill this labor activist.
Considering the critical health condition of this labor activist I demand his immediate release, and I consider the responsibility of his health to the prison authorities. I also request all human rights organisations to follow up his legal and medical situation as soon as possible.

خطر مرگ واله زمانی را تهدید میکند
هشدار صابر زمانی برادر واله زمانی فعال کارگری زندانی
صابر زمانی در تاریخ بیست و چهارم تیر در اینستاگرام خود در مورد وضعیت نگران کننده برادرش واله زمانی که از نهم خرداد ماه تا کنون با وضعیت بد جسمانی در زندان است نوشته و در مورد خطر مرگ برای او هشدار میدهد. او از همه نهادهای مدافع حقوق انسانی درخواست دارد که فشار بیاورند تا واله هر چه زودتر آزاد شود و حکومت اسلامی را مسئول جان وی دانسته است.
واله زمانی یکی از فعالین شناخته شده کارگری در ایران است که بدلیل دفاعش از حق و حقوق کارگران دستگیر شده است. برای او پرونده سازی امنیتی شده و در مدت بازداشتش زیر شدیدترین بازجویی ها قرار گرفته است. او حق ملاقات ندارد و وی را از دارو و درمان نیز محروم کرده اند. دستگیری وی، ادامه بازداشت او و محروم کردن او از درمان یک جنایت آشکار در قبال این فعال کارگری است.

نامه صابر زمانی برادر واله زمانی
از بازداشت واله زمانی، فعال کارگری زندانی در زندان اوین، حدود یک و نیم ماه می‌گذرد. ایشان که مبتلا به بیماری هپاتیت ث حاد و بیماری های گوارشی هستند، از زمان بازداشت تا کنون نه تنها هیچگونه ملاقات حضوری با خانواده نداشته اند، بلکه از دسترسی به پزشک و داروهای خود نیز محروم شده اند. ایشان طبق آخرین تماس عنوان نمودند که تنها یکبار برای آزمایش پزشکی توانسته اند با پزشک ملاقات کنند و روزانه ساعت ها مورد بازجویی قرار می گیرند و قرار بازداشت شان مرتبا تمدید میشود. همچنین ایشان تاکید کردند که در روزهای اخیر بارها دچار خونریزی معده شده و وضعیت جسمانی بسیار وخیمی دارند. لازم به ذکر است که بر اساس گفته پزشک معالج واله زمانی، در صورت قطع روند درمان، خطر مرگ وی را تهدید می کند. لذا با توجه به اطلاع مسئولین زندان از پرونده پزشکی وی و عدم اجازه ی استفاده از داروهای تجویز شده، حکایت از آن دارد که مسئولین قصد دارند تا این فعال کارگری را به کام مرگ بکشانند. لذا با تاکید بر وضعیت جسمانی واله زمانی، خواهان آزادی فوری این فعال کارگری بوده و مسئولیت سلامتی ایشان را متوجه مسئولین زندان میدانم. همچنین از همه نهادهای حقوق بشری تقاضا دارم تا هر چه سریعتر وضعیت حقوقی و پزشکی ایشان را پیگیری نمایند.
