Today 28th August, Valeh Zamani, a labor activist, was released and was welcomed by his his friends. We congratulate him, his family, and all the workers on the freedom of this beloved. Valeh Zamani has been temporarily released on bail of two billion tomans ( $480,000). The case against Valeh should be closed and he should be released without bail and without any conditions or restrictions.
Valeh Zamani is a labor activist, with years of experience working in oil centers and a member of the Alborz Painters Syndicate. On June 9, following the arrest of French citizens Cécile Kohler and Jacques Paris, along with a number of teachers, labor and social activists. He was arrested by the agents of the Ministry of Intelligence on charges of “collaboration in espionage conspiracy” in a ridiculous scenario. The Islamic regime arrested Valeh Zamani despite he suffered from acute liver disease and hepatitis C, which required immediate treatment. To the extent that in prison his liver enzymes increased to a dangerous level and he was in danger of death. By depriving him of treatment during his prison term, his physical situation deteriorated and now he is still suffering from the illness and the Islamic regime is responsible for any harm that is done this worker activist. He should be treated immediately and the government is responsible for providing the cost of his treatment.
It should be noted that in addition to Valeh Zamani, other activists namely Masoud Nikkhah, Iskandar Lotfi, Shaaban Mohammadi, Anisha Asadollahi and Rihana Ansari, among the other detainees in this case, have been released, and Free Them Now congratulates everyone for the release of these loved ones and demands the closure of the security cases against all of them.

In addition, Cécile Kohler, Jacques Paris, Rasool Badaghi, Reza Shahabi, Hassan Saeedi and Keyvan Mohtadi are currently in prison and should be released unconditionally.
Imprisoned workers, imprisoned teachers and all political prisoners must be released immediately and unconditionally.

واله زمانی فعال کارگری آزاد شد
روز ششم شهریور واله زمانی فعال کارگری در میان استقبال دوستانش از زندان اوین آزاد شد. آزادی این عزیز را به او، به خانواده اش، و به همگان تبریک میگوییم. واله زمانی با وثیقه دو میلیارد تومانی بطور موقت آزاد شده است. پرونده تشکیل شده برای واله زمانی باید بسته شود و او بدون وثیقه و بدون قید و شرط و محدودیت آزاد شود.
واله زمانی فعال کارگری، با سابقه سالها کار در مراکز نفتی و از اعضای سندیکای نقاشان البرز است. او روز ۹ خرداد بدنبال دستگیری ژآک پاری و سیسل کولر از شهروندان فرانسه و همراه با تعدادی معلم ، فعالین کارگری و اجتماعی در یک سناریو سازی مسخره و با اتهام”همکاری در دسیسه جاسوسی”توسط مأموران وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت شده بود. جمهوری اسلامی واله زمانی را علیرغم ابتلا به بیماری حاد کبدی و هپاتیت ث که نیاز به درمان فوری داشت، دستگیر کرد. تا جاییکه در زندان آنزیم های کبدی او در حد خطرناکی بالا رفت و در خطر مرگ قرار گرفت. با محرومیت او از درمان طی مدت زندان، همچنان خطر جانی واله را تهدید میکند و جمهوری اسلامی مسئول وضعیت واله زمانی و واله زمانی هاست. او باید فورا تحت درمان و معالجه قرار گیرد و حکومت برای تامین هزینه درمان او مسئول است.
گفتنی است که علاوه بر واله زمانی مسعود نیکخواه، اسکندر لطفی، شعبان محمدی، آنیشا اسداللهی و ریحانه انصاری از دیگر بازداشت شدگان این پرونده آزاد شده اند و کمپین برای آزادی کارگران زندانی ضمن تبریک به همگان برای آزادی این عزیزان بر بسته شدن پرونده های امنیتی تشکیل شده برای همه آنها تاکید دارد. کمپین برای آزادی کارگران زندانی مراتب قدردانی خود را از حمایت های مردمی و بین المللی از کارزار علیه سناریوی سازی رژیم و برای آزادی این دستگیر شدگان اعلام میکند.
بعلاوه در حال حاضرهمچنان ژاک پاری، سیسل کولر، رسول بداقی، رضا شهابی، حسن سعیدی و کیوان مهتدی از دیگر بازداشت شدگان این پرونده در زندانند که باید بدون قیدو شرط آزاد شوند.
کارگران زندانی، معلمان دربند و تمامی زندانیان سیاسی باید فورا و بدون قیدو شرط آزاد شوند.
