Now the protests are going to continue every day and the official workers of Aghajari Oil and Gas Exploitation Company have announced that they will continue to protest until their demands are fulfilled.
Official oil workers are protesting the low level of salaries and the reduction of their income, heavy taxes and limiting the payment of pension benefits to 30 years even if the workers have worked for more years, and pension deductions.
The immediate demands announced by these workers are: removal of the salary cap, removal of the limitation of retirement years and return of excess tax deductions. Official oil workers have announced that they will continue their protests until their demands are met.
