are some of the main demands and objectives for which the teachers in Iran are holding a National Strike.
The Coordination Committee of Teachers’ Association called for two days of strike on 14th and 15th October which was widely welcomed by teachers across Iran.
Teachers have not attended lessons and hold up signs with their demands in schools.
Teachers in the following provinces and cities have joined the first day of the strike:
Tehran, Isfahan, Kermanshah, Tabriz, Shiraz, Mashhad, Yazd, Sanandaj, Marivan, Saghez, Hamadan, Babol, Amol, Paveh, Islamabad e Gharb, Alborz, Ravansar, Yasooj, Kazeroon, Dehgan, Zanjan, Ilam, Gonabad, Torbat Heydarieh, Garmeh, Lamord, Firoozabad, Shahrak Ghods of Tehran, Karaj, Sarvabad, Golestan, and tens of other cities that we will publish once we have confirmed them.
