“Free Them Now” is an organisation to get international support for the jailed workers in Iran. It was initiated in 2005 by Iranian labour activists living in different countries outside Iran.
“Free Them Now” also tries to help worker-activists who are in danger of persecution and are forced to run away from the country. FTN officially was registered in 2013 in Norway.
“Free Them Now” stands for immediate and unconditional release of all the jailed workers and political prisoners in Iran.
“Free Them Now” is in contact with many worker-activists in Iran and publishes and broadcasts their struggles, news and reports.
“Free Them Now” tries to ensure that labour-activists and their efforts are noticed across the globe and the international community is informed about the ongoing struggles of the workers, teachers, retirees and nurses for their rights.
“Free Them Now” organizes pickets and information desks in public places in different countries.

“Free Them Now” is against capital punishment and helps the campaign to “Stop Death Penalty” in Iran.
“Free Them Now” stands for unconditional political and social freedoms and improved standards of living for all.
“Free Them Now” stands for workers’ right to independent organizations, the right to assembly, the right to strike and all the basic rights that workers are denied in Iran.

“Free Them Now” has contact with workers unions and international workers’ organizations and receives their help for many calls of support.
“Free Them now” has obtained the endorsement of many unions and their leaders in the world. .
Numerous international figures and activists have supported FTN’s statement declaring the Islamic regime of Iran, the regime of flogging, execution, and repression must be boycotted worldwide (November 27, 2020). Some of its activities include, helping workers activists that are fleeing Iran and stay in Turkey seeking asylum. FTN helps activists & their families in Iran while they are under arrest. It also obtains endorsement from different unions in order to kick Islamic regime delegates out of ILO. It has performed several demonstrations at ILO conference and in front of the conference to put pressure on Islamic regime and has campaigned to spread awareness about workers condition in Iran. On June 17, 2022, The National Union of Public and General Employees (NUPGE) with more than 400,000 members across Canada passed the resolution to expel the Islamic regime of Iran from ILO.
