Woman Life Freedom – Music For Iran, volume 1′ is a 50 track compilation raising money and awareness for political prisoners in Iran during the current on-going revolution, in the fight for human rights and against gender apartheid. All money from the compilation is going to Iranian grassroots organisation Free Them Now (@free.themnow) who help prisoners get access to basic needs and organise international support. As protesters are being arrested in their thousands and even killed at the hands of the regime for standing up for their rights, the work done by Free Them Now has never been more important or needed.
