He was tried and sentenced to prison on charges such as “propaganda against the regime by participating and speaking at the funeral of Mahsa Amini” and being a member of Komaleh organization. According to the news, due to the old age of Osman Esmaili, 16 months from this ruling will be enforced.

According to another report published on the channel of the Coordinating Council of Educators’ Trade Union Organizations, the 5-year sentence of Jafar Ebrahimi, the imprisoned teacher and inspector of this organization, has been confirmed by the 36th branch of the Court of Appeal of the Islamic Republic. This news was published by the lawyer of this imprisoned teacher. He was sentenced to 5 years prison by the 36th branch of the Court of Appeals on charges of “community and collusion”.

Free Them Now (FTN) strongly condemns the imprisonment of workers and teachers and demands the unconditional release of all protesting workers and teachers and all political prisoners. The Islamic regime should be boycotted worldwide for violating the basic rights of workers and people.
